With the help of the Association of Hawaiian Civic Clubs, we are currently in the process of developing brochures that promote diabetes awareness and education for Native Hawaiians.  If you are a member of a Civic Club that would like to assist us in testing diabetes education materials, please fill out an application form and fax it to 808-597-6552 or email to pdep@papaolalokahi.org.
