Each year, we will be conducting sessions on developing diabetes education materials in 3 Pacific communities. During these sessions, each community will have the opportunity to review current education materials and work toward developing or tailoring the materials that they need. If you would like to participate in the sessions, please fill out an application form and fax it to 808-597-6552 or email to pdep@papaolalokahi.org.
